I specialize in teaching through active critical questioning of the stories and assumptions that form our everyday experiences, so that we can literally re-write our lives. As such, my teaching views the classroom as an active space for students to passionately participate in their own education. That is, instead of staging a polished presentation that treats students as passive consumers, my teaching involves participants as co-producers of knowledge for pragmatic and relevant objectives, with an emphasis on individual responsibility and an unflinching critical depth.
