There’s really nothing much going on in St Louis this week - so Alexis came to class with me and sat in as a student for the first half of the day She got to learn introductory MATLAB! She’s dangerous now, folks, watch out…

And, that’s pretty much all that happened today. There’s really not much else exciting in St Louis apart from that big arch… which we haven’t gone to see yet although we are staying just a couple of blocks from it, but I plan on making fun of it until we do see it later this week.

We had dinner at a Tandoori Indian place where there was a big screen TV which the owner turned on shortly after we arrived to a Bollywood movie. Apparently that’s a big hit with the local Indian customers - they watch Bollywood movies and songs while they eat lunch and dinner.

It was Alexis’ first exposure to Bollywood movies, and she really got a kick out of it.

So I guess something interesting did happen today after all - Bollywood movies in a suburban St Louis Indian restaurant.
