Some people just know exactly the best way to spend the time when the person who’s supposed to meet them for dinner is 45 minutes late… (oh, sorry again about showing up late yesterday, John, but I guess meeting at a pub for dinner has its distinct advantages…)

Dude, I read an excerpt from Mike Yaconelli’s book “Messy Spirituality” the other day. It was awesome! I need to read that book sometime.
The excerpt was in a booklet buried inside the packaging of a CD called “12 barking pigs”. Haven’t heard the CD, but apparently it is: “a way to share the gospel with teens who listen to their music at full volume, but would never think of reading the Bible.”
